What PressBench is

PressBench is a browser-based estimating aid for print shops. It computes imposition counts, sheet usage, costs, and suggested prices from the numbers you enter. It is a planning tool, not an accounting system and not a substitute for your shop's own judgment.

Estimates are not binding

Every figure the tool produces depends entirely on the stocks, rates, waste allowances, and equipment limits you configure. Verify vendor pricing, press constraints, grain direction, proofing, tax, and freight before you send a quote to a customer. PressBench and its operator accept no liability for jobs quoted or produced from these estimates.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The site may change or go offline without notice. Because your data lives only in your browser, keep JSON backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at abusive rates, or misrepresent its output as a certified or audited calculation.

Premium purchases

If a Premium plan is offered, billing is handled by RevenueCat and Stripe, and their terms govern the transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one-time payment. See Premium and Privacy for details.

Refunds

Not happy with a purchase? Email [email protected] within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:

the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
your access code, shown on the Premium page while you are signed in on the browser you purchased from
roughly when you purchased, and which plan (weekly, yearly or lifetime)
the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy

That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
